Zerkalny ice rink in Gorky Park 2021-2022

Zerkalny ice rink in Gorky Park 2021-2022

This year Gorky Park celebrates the anniversary of the skating rink – it turns 90 years old. The name of the skating rink this season is "Zerkalny", which means "mirrored", and this is how it was called for many winters in a row. The design of the skating rink will support traditions, being out of the trends: the style of "Zerkalny" would have looked equally good in the 30s of the XX century and in the 30s of the XXI century. But the infrastructure and technologies are improving every year.

The strategic partner of the Zerkalny ice rink is the MIR payment system. Visitors may automatically receive a 20% discount by purchasing tickets with a MIR card on the official Gorky Park website.

We introduce several new regulations to ensure safe access to the rink this season:

- skating tickets are available online only;

- the visitors’ temperature is measured by a non-contact thermometer at the entrance;

- the pavilions are equipped with sanitizers and disinfectant lamps;

- wearing a mask is obligatory in the pavilions;

- rental skates will be further processed after each use;

- increased number of sessions will allow to monitor the visitor flows and provide sanitization and ventilation of pavilions during breaks.

There are several pavilions available. If you come to the rink without your own skates, you should go to pavilion №1 just behind the Gorky Park main entrance where you can rent skates. The pavilion №2 is for those who bring their own skates; please note that it works on weekends only. Visitors who want to have a break at a cozy cafe before or after skating should choose pavilion №3 that is located deep in the park. Pavilion №5 is for visitors with kids: first of all, it is located by the children ice rink, secondly, it is easier to find rent skates of the appropriate size there, and, thirdly, “penguin assistants” are happy to help those who take first steps on the ice.

Four sessions with technical breaks after each of them will allow to pull apart the skaters’ flows, thus making skating as safe as possible. For those who get up early and like perfect ice there are shorter slots from 10 a.m. to 12p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and more favorable prices for them. You may also come to the rink in the evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. or from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday is a day-off.

The tickets are available on our website or the Yandex.Afisha service. Information about the prices you can find here.

There are several places where you can warm up and have a meal during skating. The "Ochag" (fireplace) zone is designed for a warm and comfortable stay on the ice rink. There are also 15 cafes and restaraunts availabale on the skates.

We are waiting for you in Gorky Park!
