Until May 1st entrance for birthday people to Gorky Park Museum will be free. All you need is to show your passport.
Gorky Park Museum was open in summer 2015. The main exposition represents a unique archive of Gorky Park, containing the photo and video materials kindly provided by various archives and museums around Moscow.
Hi-tech multimedia installations tell 15 stories about the people related to the Park and Neskuchny Garden.
The mock up model of the Parachute Tower, installed in Gorky Park in 1930’s, also presents in Museum. On the 3rd floor of the Museum you may virtually jump from it using the oculus rift glasses.
On the rooftop of Museum you may visit the viewing platform with 25x zoom binoculars. You may see the alleys of the Park, Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Stalin’s skyscrapers, Krymsky bridge and different panoramic views covering Moscow city centre.
Museum and the viewing platform are open from 11 a.m. till 10 p.m. (the tickets are closing at 9 p.m.), tours around the museum are held on preliminary registration via firstname.lastname@example.org.
